What must I prepare for my flight or hotel stays to Bali?

For a smooth and comfortable trip, make sure you can fulfil all the requirements below before booking your flight and hotel. Please make sure to check the requirements in your departure airports, arrival airports, and hotels.

The regulations listed on this page already comply with the new Public Activities Restrictions (PPKM) regulations that will become effective on 9 January 2021.

Here’s the regulation for travellers to Bali that inspires us at Bukit Vista:

Several media outlets have reported that GeNose test results can be presented for air travel from 1 April 2021 onwards. We will be monitoring the situation closely until an official statement is released by the government. Please check this page regularly for the latest updates.

7. Bring two(2) copies of all required documents

  • In addition to checking your original documents, some airports might need to keep a copy of your documents for documentation purposes.

Regulations during flight trip:

  • Travellers are not allowed to speak over the telephone or in person during the trip
  • Passengers are not allowed to eat and drink during the trip which is less than 2 (two) hours. The exception applies only for individuals who are required to consume drugs which if not done may endanger the safety and health of the person.

Hotel Stay Regulations

Guidance at the Airport

  1. Arrive early and be ready for updates. Please be at the airport at least 4 hours before your flight to make time for document verification.
